What is the Greenville Adventure Boot Camp?
A four-week outdoor program of fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training. Our camps run every month - 4 weeks on, one week off - all year! You can decide to do camp one month or stick with it for years to come!  You will be inspired and have fun while participating in a fantastic workout led by Certified Adventure Fitness Trainer, Heather Coley. Each day, camp will be one hour in length starting at 5:30 am.  Every camp is posted right before registration is open.  

What if I'm not very physically fit?
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged!  Campers of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Each day will slightly increase in intensity. You will inspire and be inspired by others...everyone motivates eachother!

Where is the location we meet?
Trainer contacts each camper per text and or facebook the day before camp.   We watch radar to determine the best location for camp.

How often will we meet?
Participants will meet every Monday Wednesday Friday for one hour during the four-week program. Camps run every month. - 4 weeks on one week off.  All participants will be expected to arrive on time. Camp starts at 5:30 AM. 

When does the next Adventure Boot Camp Start?
New Camps begin each month. See our annual calendar to register for the next camp.   If you are late in signing up, don't wait any longer...call 864-505-2121 to see if you can still sign up!!!  We have late campers join all the time!! 

What do I need to bring?
An exercise mat, hand weights (5lbs. and up), water bottle, running shoes, and a sense of adventure. You can purchase your weights at any fitness retailer in the area, including Walmart, Target, or Dicks Sporting Goods. There are several businesses that offer special incentives for our campers. You will be given details for participating businesses prior to the start of camp.

What can I achieve from camp?
Your body will become more fit and toned, and you will gain more confidence making a dramatic improvement in your physical well-being. The camp program includes exercises designed to firm your entire body, to reduce body fat and increase muscle and stamina. By losing fat and gaining muscle, you'll lose inches and gain strength while looking and feeling better. Also, you'll meet great people who share in the same vision of striving to reach their goals for a healthier mind and body.

Why should I participate?
You will make a dramatic improvement in your physical and mental well-being. In addition, you will meet great people who share your same passion for acquiring a more healthy body and mind. You will be finished with your training before the rest of the world has even gotten started! After a nutritious meal and hot shower, you will drive through your day with a smile on your face and your head held high! This camp is so much more than you might expect!  The results touch into so many more area's of your life as you see and begin to love what your hard work reflects in the mirror!
